Current Fashion

In our world today, colloquialisms such as "you can't wear white before Memorial Day, nor can you wear it after Labor Day" do not exist.

The world of fashion has exploded over the past few decades and while fashion designers have always been quick to jump out onto the limb and design something new and different, society for the most part, has stuck to what they feel comfortable wearing. Tradition isn't a bad thing, but neither is a twist on tradition.

As a business man, working in a conservative workplace, I often find myself limited to what I can and cannot wear, as dictated by "The Man." White shirts and wide ties are not typically my style. Depending on the day, I sometimes prefer to ditch the tie altogether! I want to dress to impress, and not only to impress those around me, but most importantly: myself.

Let's stretch the limits of fashion. Let's wear what WE feel comfortable wearing. Women seem to get all the fashion attention and it seems like in women's fashion, rules are optional. It's time for us men to take charge of our style, and up our fashion game!
